He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steven Welsh and Donna Welsh (Kunkler); his children, Christian of Dresden, Emily of Dresden and Nathan Welsh of Dresden; his sister Mindy Lett (Jeff) of Columbus; and his grandmother Ruth Ann Welsh of New Lexington. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and extended family.
