He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Mullins and Betty Davis Mullins; and his son Steven Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hamby Mullins; his daughter Leslie Schwab (Gregory); his grandchildren, Katlie Mullins, Larry Allen Mullins, Thomas Newlun and Daniel Newlun; his daughter-in-law Tricia Mullins; and his siblings, Ronnie Mullins and Geneva Hutchinson.
