He is survived by: his parents, Steven Kuhn and Christine Kuhn (Spiker); his significant other Shalene Kuhn (Hendershot); his sister Brittany Fry (Anthony); his niece Rowan Fry; his nephew Nolan Fry; his father-in-law Shane Hendershot (Kathie); his grandparents, Raymond Kuhn (Sue), Susan Spiker-Bugglin (David) and Diane Price (Dan); and his brother-in-law Devon Hendershot.
