He is survived by: his significant other Rosemary Nye; his daughter Britton Michelle Leary (Michael); his grandson Jaxon Lee Leary of Nashport; his sister Linda Moore of Frazeysburg; his siblings-in-law, Connie Moore of Nashport, Vickey Lauvray (Wayne) of Dresden, Monica Brown (Dean) of Coshocton, Cheryl Carothers of Dresden, Lori Birkhimer (Boone) of Dresden, Gene Nye (Debra) of Dresden, Tim Nye of Nashport, Jeff Nye of Trinway and John Nye (Kate) of Downingtown, PA.; his grandson Jax; and his son-in-law Mike.
