She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Alvie Locke and Lenore Wilson Locke; her husband Donald Smith; and her brother Gene Locke. She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Pritt of Heath, Lisa Duncan (Jeff) of McConnelsville and Yvonne Smith of Dresden. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
