He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lacy and Golda Lacy (Holdsworth); and his brother William Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Sachiko Lacy (Kobayashi); his daughter-in-law Juliet Lacy of Dresden; his grandchildren, Sean, Keira and Gwendolyn Lacy; his sister Marjorie Seward of Zanesville; and his nieces and nephews, Cherylene Matthews (David) of Columbus, Kathy Seward of Zanesville, Mitzi Nichols (Mark) of Dresden, Jeff Seward (Cathie) of Zanesville, Rodney Seward of Zanesville and Mike Seward (Debbie) of Dresden.
