She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Ashley and Betty Ashley (Ramsey); her husband Brent A. "Andy" West; her daughter Stacy West; and her brother Doug Ashley.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Munyan (Catey); her grandchildren, Samantha Munyan, Briana Hoisington, Jackson Hoisington and Lynlee Simms; her sister Jamie Piper (Heath); her nephews, Markie, Austin, Chase and Shannon; and her niece Nicole.
