He is survived by: his children, Denise Lay (Richard), Ken Krizay (Ann) and Dennis Krizay (Lynn); his grandchildren, Graig Krizay (Kristen) and Julie Hardiman (Daniel); and his caregiver Nancy of Harmony Cares.
