Rutledge Jr. of Doylestown, Ohio, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Jr. Rutledge and Gladys I. Rutledge (Myers); his children, Gail Smith, Thomas Rutledge and Brenda Rutledge; his great grandchild Kyle Smith; and his sister June Sprouse.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his children, Cindy Hicks (Denny) of Doylestown and Steven Rutledge (Jennifer) of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; other family and friends.
