She was predeceased by: her mother Cathy Spice. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill"; her children, Shaunna Erwin (Jared) of Fort Worth, TX, James Blount (Tanya Guenther) of Clinton and Dustin Blount of Doylestown; her grandchildren, Brodyn Frontz, Kellan Farral, Avery, Madelyn and Gracelynn Blount; her father Neil Spice of Wadsworth; and her sisters, Debi Weinberg (Saul) of Pepper Pike, OH and Jeni Gray (Rick) of West Salem, OH. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family, and friends.
