She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Perkins (Dague) and Jesse Perkins; her adoptive father Lloyd (Mabel Irene Jacobs); and her husband William D. Lally. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Summers (Dave Conrow), Theodore Burkey (Ted), Shirley Hopkins (Bob) and Jenice McEndree (Jeff); and her siblings, Helen Sferra, Betty Coy and Larry Mumaw. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crossroads Community Church - Doylestown Campus (700 Gates St, Doylestown, OH 44230). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
