With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lora J. Goman of Doylestown, Ohio, whose life came to an end on December 28, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lora shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lora farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Buchanan and Rose Buchanan-Blazek (Hankinson); and her husband Kent Goman. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Goman and Kara Goman Fargo (Brett); and her siblings, Lynne Buchanan, Bonnie Thyer (James) and James Buchanan (Marta).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home (132 Portage St, Doylestown, OH 44230). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (161 W Clinton St, Doylestown, OH 44230).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School.
