He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Musgrave and Mary E. Musgrave (Vincent); his son Edward Dean Musgrave; and his siblings, Barbara Marks and Harold Musgrave.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Mid"; his sons, David (Cynthia May) of Atwater, OH and Michael (Cheryl) of Easton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Barnes (Barry), Jonathon Musgrave (Jennifer), Joseph Musgrave, Kaitlin Musgrave and Heather Lower (Scott); and his brothers, Gary Musgrave (Patricia) of Bridgeport, WV and Daniel Musgrave (Theresa) of Jewett, OH. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
