He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Petit and Mary Petit (Papp); and his siblings, Linda Petit, Kathy Worcester, Carl Petit Jr. and Larry Petit.
He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his wife Lisa; his sister Carolyn Hollis (Craig) of Doylestown; his nieces and nephews, Julie Thompson, Jessica Hollis, Sara Longfellow, Emily Worcester, Christopher, Jeffery, Brian, Daniel Worcester, Nick Hollis and James Marazsky; his parents-in-law, Bill and Kathy Caldwell; his siblings-in-law, Billy Caldwell and Jill Marazsky; his pet Watson; and also, Bob, Eric, Paul, Kent, Ryan and Jamey.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (161 W Clinton St, Doylestown, OH 44230).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Legal Aid Services or to Cleveland Hope Lodge, American Cancer Society.
