He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cecil, Esther Troutman, Jack and Ruth Park. He is survived by: his wife Dolphine; his sons, Jack C. Troutman Jr. (Janel Cvengros) of Doylestown, Kenny Troutman of Doylestown and Jacob Troutman of Doylestown; his grandson Leo; his parents, Jack Troutman and Janet Robinette (Dave); his sister Angel Caruth (John); and his nieces, Emily and Savanah.
Calling hours, following Covid-19 guidelines with social distancing and masks required, will be held on Friday from 10 a. m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family c/o the funeral home.
