He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Collins and Gracie Collins; his siblings, Roger Collins, Jimmy Yeary, Mattie Lee Yeary, Millie Neal and Gwen "Peggy" Brady; and his close friends, Dave Patterson and Gary Strain.
He is survived by: his niece Dawn Ware (TJ); his great-niece Taylor Ware (Devon); his great-nephews, Casey and Logan; his grandchildren, Ryan Collins (Brittney), Tony Kutscher (Cindy), Dusty Collins and Mindy Kutscher; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Caidence, Maggie, Abby and Josie; his siblings, Walt Collins (Wanda) of Alabama, Joe Collins (Ruthann) of Akron, Eddie Collins of Doylestown, Patricia Williams of Beloit and Suzie Adkins (Dewey) of Doylestown; and also, Trudy and Admire.
Due to current circumstances masks are recommended and social distancing will be observed.
