He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert E. Witner and Helen Arlene Witner; his wife Janet Witner; his children, David (Kristine), Donald (Melonie), Elizabeth (Todd) and Kyle (Michelle); his stepchildren, Denise (Frank), Ronna and Steve (Bonnie); his son Wesley Perry (Laura); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Andrew, Sarah, Peyton and Clayton; and his great grandchildren, Logan and Carter Frank.
The family has requested no flowers, but that donations be made to the Barberton Moose Scholarship Fund, in memory of Frank Witner.
