He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Harper and Tessie Harper (Hunt); his wife Dorothy J. Harper; his brother Cecil Harper (Mary); and his brother-in-law Blaine Ashley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jewell Ashley of Wadsworth, Caroll Harper (Ruth) of Spencer, WV and Tommy Harper (Martha) of Spencer, WV; his nieces and nephews, David Ashley (Jenna), Wayne Harper, Debbie Schroeder (Dave), Darlene Schtucka, Jacquie Smaistrla (Bobby) and Dianna Gilkerson (Ted); his sister-in-law Nancy Browning (Charles); and also, Kourtney and Kendall Kehres.
Funeral service following Covid-19 guidelines requiring facial coverings, social distancing and limited number of guests in the facility will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 5 p. m. at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, 132 N. Portage St., Doylestown, 44230 with Rev. William Moore, officiating.
