She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hummel and Alice Hummel (Fritzinger); her former husband Chad Ball; her husband Paul Wade; her son Robert Ball; and her sister Janice Hummel.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rebecca Tichon (Kevin) of Norton and Robert Ball of Norton; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Allison and Logan Tichon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home (132 Portage St, Doylestown, OH 44230). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
