David Lukezic Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lukezic (Doylestown, Ohio), who passed away on October 24, 2019 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lukezic and Jennie Lukezic; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Mary Matuch. He is survived by: his significant other LuAnn Lukezic; his daughter Wendy Fluharty (Bob Fluharty); his grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney, Marisa and Nathan; his sons, Edward Swiger and Richard Swiger; his siblings, Tony (Peggy), Priscilla Skleres (George), Edward (Laura) and Michael; his nieces, Nicolle and Brooke; his nephew Eric; and his aunt Polly Valencheck.
