It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Holmes of Doylestown, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Stewart and Velma Stewart (Conley); her husband Clarence; her sons, Gary and Jeff; and her brother Norm Stewart.
She is survived by: her sons, Dave (Joyce) of New Franklin, Tim (Terri) of Akron and Ken of Doylestown; her grandchildren, Deanna Boggs (Dan), Josh Holmes (Denise), Hillary Harlow (Kaleb), Landan Holmes, Kathryne Rubright, Jacob Rubright, Amanda Cain (Bryce), Adam Holmes, Austin Holmes, Samantha Holmes, Brooke Holmes and Abigail Holmes; her daughter-in-law Mary Holmes; her brother Ed Stewart (Marti); and her sister-in-law Norma Stewart. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
