He was predeceased by: his parents, David Watkins and Pearl Watkins (Adams); his siblings, Paul, Robert, Ed, Ruth Salzwimmer, Delma Roberts and Genevieve Watkins; his children, Todd Watkins (Angie) of Norton, Stacy Beatty (Mike Slorgie) of Uhrichsville, OH, Arthur Watkins III of Denver, CO, Steve Watkins of Akron and Amber Hague (Tim) of Wadsworth; his grandchildren, Jeff Watkins, Robin Eichenlaub (Nick), Julia, Jared Beatty, Kyle Hershey, Kayla, Halie, AJ Watkins, Alexis Watkins, Morgan and Mason Hague; his great grandchildren, Clayton and Ivy Eichenlaub; and his sister Lois Milazzo of Kenmore.
