He is survived by: his children, Kasia Ciesla Susmann (Austin) of Hopkinton, MA and Tomasz Ciesla of Toronto; his grandchildren, Bailey, Tamsin and Poppy; his former wife Jadwiga Pilipczuk of Niagara Falls; and his sisters, Dr. Teresa Matty M. D. of Doylestown, OH, Dr. Margaret Michalec D. D. S. of Ancaster, Ont, Maria Rothermel and Zofia Ciesla of Wadsworth, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
