He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Kenneth Shed (Jewel), Chase Shed (Anna), Blake Shed of Wadsworth and Adam Shed (Natalie) of Massillon; his stepsons, Josh Strauss (Jen) of Rittman and Bud Strauss (Kelly) of Cleveland; his siblings, David Shed (Glenda), Nancy Shed, Susan Newton (Kenny), Betty Sloan (Lynn), John Neely (Terri), Mike Neely (Maryann), Nancy Campbell (Bill) and Pat Neely; and his mother-in-law Jean Neely. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
