She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Grum and Agnes Grum (Regina); her husband James L. Herwick; and her siblings, Joseph, Frank Grum, Louis Meglich and Josephine Uhryk (Joseph).
She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Mentler (Michael) of Dallas, TX, Mary Jo Regennitter (John) of Fairlawn and Jeanne Milane (Robert) of Greenville, SC; her grandchildren, Molly Ensby (Pennsylvania), Ellen Pubal (Virginia), James Regennitter (Iowa), Katy Milane (Don Charnley) and Bryan Milane (Texas); her great grandchild Ada Rae Pubal; her sister-in-law Phyllis Grum (Ohio); her niece Carol Sanders (Missouri); her nephew Jerry Uhryk (N. Carolina); and her sister-in-law Helen Herwick Kimmel.
