She was predeceased by : her parents, John Lesselyong and Ruby Lesselyong (Kindschy); and her husband Blaine Evans. She is survived by : her children, Vicki Evans of Chapel Hill, Eric Evans (Nancy) of Georgetown and Tami McIntyre (Greg) of Dover; her grandchildren, Ethan, Aaron, Travis, Nicole, Shane, Charles, Ryan and Nate (Gabby); her great grandchildren, Liona, Ruby and Maddy; and her brother John J. Lesselyong (Marsha). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Contributions may be made in Kay's memory to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
