She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion H. Phillips and Wilma V. White Phillips. She is survived by: her siblings, Marian Shoup of New Philadelphia, Jim Phillips of Beatty and Reece Phillips of Camden, Arkansas. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
