Van Horn (Weitzel); his children, Elizabeth Hill (Robert) of Newcomerstown, Jennifer Green (Shawn) of Wadsworth and Christopher Van Horn (Elizabeth Lamb) of Owensboro, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Andrew Hill, Kiley Good (Dylan) and Allyson Green (Joseph Green); his stepgrandchildren, Kerry Green and Dani Anderson; and his great grandchild Brady Good. He is also survived by twin great grandchildren.
