He is survived by: his daughter Wendy; his son-in-law John Mady of Dover; his granddaughter Elizabeth (Jeff Lyman) of Columbus; and his brother Gordon Hawk (Marilyn) of East Sparta.
Due to concerns about Covid-19, there are no public services or calling hours.
