He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Potts and Theo Brewer Potts; and his siblings, Jennie Alexander, Maxine Potts and James Potts.
He is survived by: his wife Betty York Potts; and his siblings, Nadine Alexander (Bill) of Dover, Rose Breitenstein of Dover and Robert Potts (Sandra) of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
