He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watkins and Hazel Rothacher Watkins; and his siblings, Etta Green, Patty Skinner, Barbara Watkins, Fred Watkins and Ray Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Sineff Watkins; his children, Johnna Mann (Kevin Mann), Jeff Watkins (Donna Watkins), Carol McRobie (John McRobie) and Tanna; his siblings, David Watkins (Annette Watkins), Richard Watkins (Dreama Watkins), Jim Watkins, Sandy Connerly (Larry Connerly) and Diane McNutt (Randy McNutt); and his grandchildren, Duane Mann, Melissa Mann (Matt Moore), Breanna Watkins, Shania Watkins (Caleb), Sarah Gwyer (Zach), Nathanael McRobie (Megan), Jonathan McRobie, Justan (Kayla) and Wesley (Paige). He is also survived by Grandison, along with 22 great-grandchildren.
