He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hawkins and Anna Hawkins (Navratil). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hawkins of Dover, Ohio; his children, Anna Fisher (Dion) of Magnolia, Ohio and James Hawkins of New Philadelphia, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brooke Fisher and Marayah Hawkins.
