He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Paisley and Evelyn Mason Paisley; his brother John Jr. "Jack"; his sister-in-law June Paisley; his sister Sally; and his brother-in-law Fred Memmelaar.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. Renicker; his children, Paula Ross (James) of Dover, Diane Williams of Parkersburg and Mark Paisley of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Austin, Nathan Ross, Tabitha Eagle (James), James (Kim), Joseph Nelson, Jennifer and Clark Paisley; and his sister Sue Uebel (David). He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
