She was predeceased by: her father Richard Welling. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Philabaum Welling of Dover; her husband William Harding; her children, Jennifer Webster (Ryan), Wyatt Harding (Rashelle), David Harding and Rebecca DeChiara; and her grandchildren, Violet, Valeria Webster and Aubrey Harding.
