She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Ellwood and Marjorie Ellwood (Snyder); and her stepdaughter Courtney Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Crystal Schupp (James) of Bolivar, Derek Swaldo (Jessica Rice) of Dover and Cierra Patrick (Devyn Etling) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Bentley, Adalynn Schupp, Christopher Swaldo and Kaylee Shoup; and her sisters, Elizabeth Weinhardt, Linda Swiney (Roger) and Carol Wilson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
