With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven D. Ballentine (Dover, Ohio), who passed away on October 17, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ballentine and Catherine J. "Jane" Ballentine (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Nikki A. Ballentine (Barton); his sons, Travise Ballentine (Kalee), Anthony "Tony" Ballentine (Katelyn Shoaff) and Logan Ballentine; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Ryker, Ellie, Lucy and Myles; and his siblings, Donna Wenger (Bob), Barbara Burchfield (Steve) and Mike Ballentine (Anita). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Social distancing will be followed and masks are required at the funeral home.
