She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphus Burns and Icie Burns (Walton); and her husband Charles Goodwin. She is survived by: her children, Russ Billiter (Linda) of New Philadelphia, Tim Billiter (Shannon) of New Philadelphia, Dan Billiter (Hiedi) of Dover and Lisa Garabrandt (Jim) of Uhrichsville; and her grandchildren, Tony Watkins, Jacob and Emily Billiter. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
