Walters of Dover, Ohio, born in Baltic, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hall and Elsie Smith Hall; and her son Brian J. Walters. She is survived by: her husband Jon R. Walters; her daughter Holly Walters (Stephen LeClaire) of Texas; her brother Bob Hall (Rosemary) of Dover; and her nephews, Matt, Jason and Bob Hall.
