She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Burlison and Margaret M. Burlison (Hare); her former husband Dan; her son Jeffrey J. Duda; and her brothers, Thomas W. Burlison, John R. Burlison and James D. Burlison.

She is survived by: her husband Michael E. Duda; her children, Michael A. Duda and Robin Duda Bolon (Michael); and her stepchildren, Cynthia Picklesimer (Robert) and Brad Buss (Victoria). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
