He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Renner and Susan Freshwater Renner; and his brother Daniel Renner. He is survived by: his sons, Roger Renner Jr. (Tana) of New Philadelphia and Michael Renner (Kimberley) of Strasburg; his former wife Kathleen Archer; his siblings, Jerry Renner (Barbara) and Penny Hathorn (Richard); and his sister-in-law Kathy "Kim" Renner. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; his ten great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Roger's family will gather privately to pay their respects in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover.
The family would like to acknowledge Community Hospice for the care and kindness they provided to Roger at the end of his life – Thank You So Very Much – and it is suggested that contributions in Roger's memory be made to Community Hospice at 716 Commercial Ave. S.W., New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
