He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Welling and Pauline Levengood Welling; and his siblings, Don Welling and Debra Tschantz. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Hess Welling; his children, Billie Jo McCune (Jeremy) of Dover and Joshua Rogers of New Philadelphia; his sister Linda Netro (Mark) of Canton; and his grandchildren, Alisha Walker and Brennan McCune.
Because of Covid-19, the church will require all attendees to be wearing masks and to social distance.
