He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Luthy and Sylvia Luthy (Pietro); his grandson Seth Rummes; and his brother Richard "Dick" Luthy. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Luthy (Stringer); his children, Vicki Tom (Doug) of Hawaii, Jane Clay (Bruce) of Dover, Jeff Smitley (Kirsten) of Dover, Teresa Foley (David) of Senecaville and Sue Rini of Dover; and his siblings, Eugene Luthy of Dover, Arlene Uptegraph (William) of New Philadelphia and Donna Kay Trimmer (Roy) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his grandchildren—11 in total—and nine great-grandchildren.
