He is survived by: his wife Judith Osburn Gummere; his sons, Jay Gummere (Sally) of Granville and Trevor Gummere (Beth) of Aurora; his siblings, Joan Hayward of Texas and Bob Gummere of Hilton Head; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Megan, Hogan, Ryan Gummere and Evelyn Keefer.
