With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Baumgardner of Dover, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Baumgardner and Marjorie Baumgardner (Ewing); his brother William Baumgardner; his parents-in-law, Rolland and Irene Myers; and his siblings-in-law, Ward Myers and Alice Baumgardner.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Myers; his children, Lisa McKinney (Chuck) of Dover and David O. Baumgardner (Billie) of Strasburg; his grandchildren, Katelynn Mohn (Jordan), Brittany Vanasse, Charlie McKinney (Tiana) and Ryan McKinney (Lauren Smitley); his great grandchildren, Lilianna, Rosalee, Ivy and Attica; his siblings, Robert Baumgardner, James Baumgardner (Lauren) and Judy Cercone (Ralph); his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Baumgardner, Pat Myers, Sherry Zimmerman (Dave), Terry Myers (Linda) and Kent Myers (Ann); and his pets, Benji and Gracie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
