He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Welling and Norma Welling (Balder); and his brother Gary Welling. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Harding (William) of Dover; his grandchildren, Jennifer Webster (Ryan), Wyatt Harding (Rashelle), David Harding and Rebecca DeChiara; his sister Connie Marhofer (Mark) of Fresno; and his close friend Tiny.
