He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eileen Turrin (Couch) of New Philadelphia and Frank Torch; his wife Diane L. Torch (Ruggeri); his daughters, Jessica Rugh (Michael) of Dover and Brooke Jasper (Scott) of Atwood Lake; his grandchildren, Kaylee Maurer, Breanna, Hunter and Madison Jasper; his niece Michelle Curry (Eric); and his sister Sherry Paris.
