She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Morgan and Lena Rose Knipp (Bowman); her husband Richard Carl Fisher; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Francis, Barbara, Gladys and Eileen.
She is survived by: her children, Karla Best (Craig) of Cadiz, Robert Fisher and Carl Fisher of Dover; and her grandsons, Scott, Nathan and Richard Fisher.
