She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherwood Barker and Madge Tomblin Barker; her husband Gomer D. Lewis; her siblings, Carl Barker, Christine Dallas and Marie Levengood; and her great grandchild Reid Carling.
She is survived by: her children, Gomer Lewis of Dover, Leanna Lewis of Dover and Laurinda Malinak of Akron; her siblings, Dan Barker (Sue) of Arizona, Jack Barker of Dover, Gerald Barker of Uhrichsville and Connie McDade (Ronnie) of Dover; her grandchildren, Becky Bargar (John), Debbie Suddeth (William), Samantha Callen (Scott), Jennifer Carling (Jack), Thane and Hayley Lewis; and her pet Shai.
Due to Covid-19 masks and social distancing will be required.
