He was predeceased by: his father James E. Fox. He is survived by: his mother Donna Lou Fox (Bleininger) of Dover; his significant other Coleen R. Witherell; his daughters, Heather Rufener (Nick) of Dover and Jennifer Immel (Erik) of Dover; his grandchildren, Makenna, Kaitlynn and Caden Rufener; his mother-in-law Jeanette Look of New York; and his sister Cindy Costanza (Dewey) of Dover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
