He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto D. Sr. Polilli and Helen Polilli (Cipriano); and his brothers, Dennis and Richard Polilli. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Shelly Polilli of Dover and Otto Polilli III (Carla) of Uhrichsville; his grandchildren, Brandon Myers, Trevor Myers (Emily Knapp), Abigail Polilli (Cason McCauley), Otto Polilli IV, Andrew Bethards (Lacey Miller), Colton Sterling (Kylynn Sommers) and Huey Warner (Lexi Grove); and his great grandchildren, J. D., Callie, Brynlee, Bella, Hudson, Haisley, Aurora and Ryder. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
